I felt like because of the way I was feeling, I leaned heavily on delivering information to you, rather than much inspiration. I know that was because when I'm sick I just don't feel too inspirational, you know? I haven't so much as caught a cold in ages...what bummer timing. So I just really want to thank you again for being there and I do hope you were able to get something useful out of my talk. Of course I always figure if you walk away with one new piece of information or anything really that helps you move forward, it's worth it.
Speaking of which, I would be ever so grateful if you would just take one minute and share with me what you did find the most useful to you? It will help me going forward to know what stuff feels the most valuable on the receiving end and what does not.
