Whatever you plan to do with video later, your first step should be to make sure you have a solid SHOWCASE video to at least introduce yourself and your business. This video should instill confidence and credibility. It's worth it to invest in this video having good production value.
Business Profile Video
Documentary style, natural and professional presentation to SHOWCASE your business beautifully!
All businesses need professional-looking videos showing online. Not all businesses get around to doing what it takes to make it happen, thinking it will require extensive planning and loads of time & money. While that can also be true, I will approach your video in a way that is simple, efficient, no hassle, very little work on your end, and affordable. The result is a polished video that is watchable, natural, and conveys the passion you have for what you do in your business! Businesses and organizations appreciate this, because it gets the job done, and ironically, this simple approach results in a more-watchable, more “real” and interesting video.
This custom-crafted Business Profile Video requires a small amount of planning, and is generally shot in one location, including casual interviews and some interesting “action” shots or supplementary visuals (called B-Roll). The shoot generally usually takes only a couple hours, does not need to disrupt your business very much, as we take full advantage of natural light and do not drag a crew in for lighting set ups. It’s a very relaxed and comfortable setting for you to share what is important to you, and talented post-production editing will elevate and polish your message, along with music and other visuals. Combine that with social media savvy to get your video seen internet-wide, and you’ve got the start of something great. Once you realize how powerful this media is, you’ll jump on a regular video campaign to keep it fresh and stay in front of your customers all the time! And with this package, you CAN get more than one done!
One big key is that you have ownership of the final video. You can use it however you please, play it on your website, all over the internet, have it showing in your office, without ever paying additional rights to do so or worrying about legalities. Leveraging social media to your marketing and distribution plan is a smart move to really maximize your video’s effectiveness. Additionally, you will find many advantages of continuing with a regular video program, such as releasing a new video each month.
Economy package $1050
Can break into 3 payments:
Upon Preview: $350
For final delivery: $400
Given the industry standard of $1000 to $2000 per finished minute of produced video, this total package at $1085 is a no-brainer. Just the production component with high-end equipment can easily run that much (most one-day corporate shoots are upward of $1000, and that's only the shoot, not any post-production/editing, where so much of the time and work is). I am able to keep it at a low and reasonable price because I work independently and am not paying a production company overhead and salaries. What's nice about having a consistent producer working with you from start to finish is you don't have to worry about individual components of getting your video done, such as when you know a person who can shoot it and now you have to find someone to edit it. Even if you wanted to do-it-yourself, you would likely spend more than this, or just the time alone you'd spend to get it done would exceed this value. It's so much better to leave all these steps in the hand of someone who has done it many, many times and knows what to do. Not only that but I'm pretty fun to work with. And, most people find it nice to break it into 3 payments. I want it to be easy for you to start experiencing the power (not to mention the fun) of video working for you!
Added note: by starting with this package, you can easily add on to your video or add testimonials later as they become available, even benefiting from reduced rates to do so.

A la carte services - here are a few, but not all (remember that for shooting, once I do all the prep work, pack up the equipment and haul myself and anyone else out there, there's a minimum amount of effort regardless of how much time is spent on your shoot. Also remember that total shoot time is not the same as filming time, which comprises a much smaller amount of the total time there):
-Primary production/shoot: you have something in mind you would like to have professionally shot, in full HD, with professional sound. You want someone who has a good eye and can cover exactly what you have in mind, in a way that will be conducive to editing a finished video (ie establishing shots, masters, wides, close ups, cut-aways, etc, and creative shots effectively using natural light). You want someone who can potentially interact well with the people there, helping bring out a good testimonial or solid sound bites for your narrative. It's a basic shoot that a one-person crew can handle, without full lighting set-ups.
-Testimonial or b-roll shoot: you already have a video in progress with me, and just need to grab a simple client testimonial or some specific action footage on a separate day than your original shoot. In this case, I can go get it for less than the minimum shoot fee.
-Larger-scale shoots with lighting, crew, etc:
-Travel, via car (air travel costs covered by client):
-Authoring a playable DVD:
